With over 4 years of deep expertise in crypto exchange connectivity, we’re building a cutting-edge plaftorm to connect traders, token projects and exchanges.

We’re a passionate team of 16, currently scaling Cede Hub — a multi-exchange crypto trading platform that rewards users for their trading activity.

Our mission is to make trading exciting and competitive — building the world’s largest trading competition platform across all financial markets and turning trading into a true sport.

We’ve grown from €0 to €400K in monthly revenue in just 10 months, and we’re on track to exceed €10M in annualized revenue in the coming months.

🎢 Our story

Cede Labs was born in 2021 out of a simple frustration — managing crypto assets scattered across countless centralized and decentralized platforms.

What started as a solo internship project quickly evolved into a mission: make crypto asset management effortless, secure, and unified.

We built, broke, and rebuilt — over and over. Through countless pivots and experiments, we launched our first product: cede.store, a wallet-like browser extension connecting users directly to their CEXs.

We hit walls, learned fast, and kept moving.

In 2023, we earned the trust of GSR and a Ledger co-founder — but true product-market fit was still just out of reach.

A first turning point came in May 2024 with our pivot to CEX connectivity tools for institutions. That’s when we closed our first B2B deal, generated our first real revenue, and proved that our tech could deliver real value — but the numbers still weren’t enough to survive.

By summer 2024, we were two months away from running out of cash — a moment that forced us to rethink everything.

So we went back to the drawing board. After a chaotic period of exploration, we launched Cede Hub in September 2024 — and the market response was instant and overwhelming.

Since then, we’ve reached profitability, achieved product-market fit, and begun scaling fast — serving top exchanges and token projects worldwide.

From student founders to a 16-person profitable Web3 company based out of Station F, the journey has been anything but ordinary.
